It warms OMG’s heart to receive glowing remarks from our partners, especially in this season of giving. We consider these kind words, offered by the National Speakers Association – District of Columbia Chapter (NSA-DC) and shared by Trace Carson, OMG’s senior vice president of association management, a special holiday gift to us.

Dear Trace,

I woke up this morning, and there were no emails.  Not a one.  Everything is well, and it because of Nicole [associate executive director Nicole Chappell].  If I wrote to you each time Nicole did something above and beyond, you would hear from me every day, several times a day.  The board refers to Nicole as “the finisher.”

Nicole has whipped this auction together. I wish one of us had counted the emails she has tracked just related to this auction! Nicole does it all with a kind word and a smile. I would recommend OMG and Nicole unequivocally.
