Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as executive director for a small but growing national association. Responsible for successful implementation and execution of association programs, products and services. recommend and participate in board formulation of association mission, goals, objectives, budgets and related policies.
Qualifications: Several years’ association management experience. CAE preferred. Candidate must demonstrate abilities in working with volunteers, developing and adhering to budgets, strong organization skills, strong written and verbal communications, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while dealing with simultaneous projects. Candidate must demonstrate successful implementation of membership and education programs. Requires some out-of-town travel.

| ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT |
Duties & Responsibilities: OMG is looking for an energetic and organized individual to handle the daily preparation, reconciliation, posting and writing of accounts payable. This includes gathering necessary approvals, maintaining all documentation, and printing and distributing checks. Perform account analysis.
Qualifications: Must possess good time management, communications, strong attention to detail and computer skills. Computer and accounting experience required. Energy, sound judgment, confidentiality, a high degree of personal organization and pleasant personality are essential. Must be bondable.

| CONFERENCES & CONVENTIONS COORDINATOR |
Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate conferences and conventions for OMG clients, while working with members and other staff to ensure success. Perform a wide variety of meeting planning tasks requiring mature judgment, confidentiality and ability to work with little supervision.
Qualifications: Three years meeting planning experience, CMP preferred. Develop and adhere to budgets, strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure on multiple meetings. Computer skills are essential. Looking for a take-charge attitude, while maintaining good judgment, tact and initiative. Able to work effectively with volunteers and many different personality types. A professional appearance and positive attitude. Requires out-of-town travel.

| CUSTOMER SERVICE & MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT |
Duties & Responsibilities: Perform a wide variety of administrative, secretarial and customer service tasks requiring mature judgment, confidentiality and ability to work with little supervision. Provide support for client activities, programs, products, services, projects and events.
Qualifications: Customer service or association management experience. Proficiency in MS Office, good speaking voice and vocabulary, pleasant personality, ability to deal effectively and diplomatically with a wide variety of customers, ability to shift rapidly between numerous duties, and ability to work quickly and accurately on tasks requiring strong attention to detail. Must possess good time management, communications, computer and planning skills. Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Must thrive in a rapidly changing environment and work well under pressure. Must be bondable.
