
OMG will evaluate new member services, analyze the potential for new members, handle membership recruitment and help improve retention rates for existing members.
Our Member Support Specialists (MSS) deliver the services members expect. They become familiar with all association clients and the services offered by that organization. When members call the office, MSS can change the address of a member, order publications, register the member for a meeting, convention or education session, and answer any questions the member may have.
The relationship with our clients’ members is of prime importance. Executive Directors and Membership Support Specialists are in constant contact with the members. They are responsible for following up with membership recruitment and renewals via phone calls, letters, and e-mails, and providing membership reports on a regular basis. They also forward calls to Board and Committee leadership when appropriate, and handle all mailing requests.
Members Support Specialists are responsive to the members and proactive in building positive and solid relationships that make all members’ interaction with OMG a positive one.
