Our Member Support Specialists (MSS) deliver the services members expect. They become familiar with all association clients and the services offered by that organization. When members call the office, an MSS can change the address of a member, order publications, register the member for a meeting, convention or education session, and answer any questions the member may have.
The relationship with our clients’ members is of prime importance. Executive Directors and Member Support Specialists are in constant contact with the members. We are responsive and proactive in building solid relationships that leave your members with a positive impression.
