Blair P. Kinchen, CPA, CGMA, MSA | Senior Vice President of Finance
Blair has seven years of public accounting experience working in tax, attestation, general consulting and advisory services, internal controls, internal audit, and IT advisory. Industries he has worked in include banking, service organizations, telecommunications. real estate, government contracting, manufacturing, logistics and transportation, hospitality, and legal. Blair joined Organization Management Group in 2013 as Controller and manages accounting activities, membership records, cash and financial management, bank relationships, budgeting, and information technology services. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Tidewater Chapter of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and ISACA (formerly the Information Systems Audit and Control Association).

Stacye Edwards | Accountant
Stacye has been with OMG for 24 years. She began her career in Member Services and quickly worked her way into the Accounting and Finance Department. In addition to her duties there, Stacye helps train new OMG employees on member database and money-handling procedures. She has been married eleven years, has six grandchildren (all girls), and loves M&Ms.
Flora Berisha | Accountant
Flora has 15 years diversified overseas experience in management, finance and accounting. She has extensive training in strategies for economic development. She worked for two years in eastern Europe as an economic developer with USAID. Flora has a B.S degree in finance and accounting from the University Of Tirana in Albania. (This degree is equivalent to a B.S degree in world education services in the United States.)
Patrick Knightly | Accountant
Patrick has significant experience in the nonprofit sector and joined with OMG in 2016. He studied accounting and finance at Virginia Tech with a minor in political science. He has held positions as an accounting consultant, as the finance manager of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Virginia, and worked with many federal grants and contracts. He is active in several volunteer and professional organizations, and has served with distinction in several officer positions within those organizations, including local treasurer, local president, local board chair, regional director, and state vice president, state president, state chairman of the board, and national program manager. He is a JCI certified trainer and a 2013 graduate of the Sorensen Institute at the University of Virginia’s Political Leadership Program. He currently serves as the Finance Committee chairman of the Chesterfield County Community Services Board and as a member of the Camp Baker Management Board. He is a big fan of Virginia Tech, and enjoys sailing, team trivia contests, live music, and attending the many festivals in Richmond.
