Rosie A. Bugarin has 21 years management experience. She is the leader at Meeting Strategies International, a division of OMG. Her responsibilities include management of national and state conventions and tradeshows. She has successfully managed meetings that consistently exceeded revenue goals, produced record-breaking convention attendance, and advanced the association’s mission. She co-founded Alpha College of Real Estate and managed the operations of its multiple locations. Bugarin holds a B.A. degree from the University of California, Berkeley. |

Carla Earnest, CMP has over 15 years experience managing events, meetings and conventions for associations, government agencies and other non-profit organizations. For 6 years she served as the Director of Education and Conferences for the Mailing & Fulfillment Service Association in Alexandria, Virginia. Prior to that she was the Manager of Events and Meetings at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, D.C. where she managed numerous meetings and events in a variety of venues including on Capitol Hill. Carla has considerable experience in the development of program content, managing logistics, contracting and developing promotional materials. Her skill and experience enhances any event or meeting she organizes.

Susie Ray Ivey has eight years of management experience in the hospitality industry. She currently serves as the Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association Conferences & Conventions Coordinator. Her responsibilities include management of an annual awards ceremony, a convention & tradeshow, and an annual picnic with over 700 in attendance. She is currently working on her Certified Meetings Planner designation. |

Stephaney Foster graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. Prior to joining OMG in 2007, she worked in retail, private banking, and most recently at a marketing and communications firm in the event coordination division. She enjoys working with her primary client, the Southeastern Carwash Association, when planning its various annual meeting and events. |

Lisa Vanterpool joined the OMG staff in 2007 after graduating from Old Dominion University with a B.A. in Communications. Having spent several years in leadership roles in a University environment, she brings her enthusiasm and positive attitude to OMG. |
