J. Michael Reitelbach, CAE RCE IOM | President
Mike has 35 years of association management experience, including 26 at the Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association. He holds a B.S. degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a M.B.A. from Old Dominion University. Reitelbach is a Graduate of the Institute for Organization Management, sponsored by the University of Delaware, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the American Society of Association Executives. He is a 1993 Graduate of the Chamber of Commerce "Leadership Hampton Roads" program. Reitelbach holds the Certified Association Executive, REALTOR® Certified Executive and Institute of Organization Management professional designations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Association Management Company Institute (AMCI). Mike is an Eagle Scout. He volunteers with the Boy Scouts, his church, and the Appalachian Trail. |

Gail S. Phillips, CAE | Senior VP of Association Management
Gail has 26 years of association management experience. She currently serves as Executive Director for the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Phillips has led this, and other organizations she has managed, to increase their bottom line through efficiencies and enabled the volunteers to free up their time to be more productive and work on strategic issues within their organizations. Phillips also works with other executive directors within the company to assist all the OMG clients. Phillips graduated from Radford University with a B.S. degree in merchandising along with a minor in general business. Phillips has completed numerous certificate programs in association management, marketing, code of ethics, professional standards, and association structures. She is also a member of the American Society of Association Executives and the Virginia Society of Association Executives. |

Crystal Anderson | Executive Director
Crystal is a graduate of the Virginia Commonwealth University and has 20 years of management and administrative experience. She has extensive training in membership, sales, human resources and fundraising. Crystal is also a member of the Chesapeake Rotary Club. |

Cindy Matthews | Executive Director
Cindy has 27 years experience with association and meeting management including seven years at OMG. She currently serves as executive director for the Hampton Roads Estate Planning Council (HREPC), Tidewater Mortgage Bankers Association (TMBA), Association Executive for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) Hampton Roads Virginia Chapter No. 39, and works with some of the specialty councils within the Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association. Matthews previously worked 17 years for a builders association planning special projects, programs, services and activities including trade shows, awards banquets and on-site judging for new homes planned communities. |

Andrew Sinclair | Government Affairs Director
Prior to joining OMG, Andrew worked for the Hampton Roads Partnership, the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce and the Small Business Development Center of Hampton Roads, Inc. Andrew is an Eagle Scout and remains actively involved in the community, including his church, the Hampden-Sydney College Alumni Association, the local Boy Scout Council, and the Downtown Norfolk Council's Downtown 100.

Sandi Ayres | OMG OBC Center Manager
Sandi has been with OMG since 2006. She was born and raised in the Hampton Roads area. She spent 12 years working in association management in Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. She was formerly the Governance Manager with the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology, the Manager of Leadership Services for the Society of Nuclear Medicine, and the Director of Leadership and External Relations with National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She has an extensive background in governance and parliamentary procedure. |

Cathy Crossfield | Executive Director
Cathy joined OMG in 2008 as a Member Support Specialist. She currently serves as the Executive Liaison for the Independent Hardee's® Franchisee Association and Executive Director for the Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association. Cathy's background includes over 10 years of administrative and customer service experience with companies from various backgrounds. |
