He holds a B.S. degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a M.B.A. from Old Dominion University. Reitelbach is a Graduate of the Institute for Organization Management, sponsored by the University of Delaware, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the American Society of Association Executives. He is a 1993 Graduate of the Chamber of Commerce "Leadership Hampton Roads" program. Gail S. Phillips, CAE, has 24 years of association management experience. She currently serves as Executive Director for the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Phillips has led this, and other organizations she has managed, to increase their bottom line through efficiencies and enabled the volunteers to free up their time to be more productive and work on strategic issues within their organizations. She has facilitated the improvement of their meeting management, member records, and strategic planning, just to name a few areas. Phillips graduated from Radford University with a B.S. degree in merchandising along with a minor in general business. Phillips has completed numerous certificate programs in association management, marketing, code of ethics, professional standards, and association structures. |

Rosie A. Bugarin has 21 years management experience. She is the leader at Meeting Strategies International, a division of OMG. Her responsibilities include management of national and state conventions and tradeshows. She has successfully managed meetings that consistently exceeded revenue goals, produced record-breaking convention attendance, and advanced the association’s mission. She co-founded Alpha College of Real Estate and managed the operations of its multiple locations. Bugarin holds a B.A. degree from the University of California, Berkeley. |

Carrilee Mock has nearly 10 years experience developing and managing small businesses. Her primary role is overseeing the activities of the Membership Support Specialists, member services, and office operations. She joined OMG in 2005 and spent her first year and a half working as Education Office Manager for the Alpha College of Real Estate. |

Crystal Anderson is a graduate of the Virginia Commonwealth University and has 20 year of management and administrative experience. She has extensive training in membership, sales, human resources and fundraising. Crystal is also a member of the Chesapeake Rotary Club. |
Associate Executive Director

Cindy Matthews has 23 years experience with association and meeting management including six years at OMG. She currently serves as Executive Director for several associations. Matthews oversees some of OMG's client programs and activities. She serves as Executive Director for the Institute of Real Estate Management Chapter 39 and the Hampton Roads Estate Planning Council. Matthews previously worked 17 years for a builders association planning special projects, programs, services and activities including trade shows, awards banquets and on-site judging for new homes planned communities. |

Colleen Eulo joined OMG in 2006. Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Colleen’s background includes 10 years experience in membership administration, management, training, account collections and billing. She currently provides executive leadership to the Independent Hardee's Franchisee Association (IHFA) and the Southeastern Carwash Association (SECWA). |
Governmental Affairs Director

Barrett Stork has a strong background in governmental relations and business management. He has spent the past three years working for the current chairman of the General Laws Committee in the Virginia House of Delegates. Prior to that, he worked for three years in Eastern Europe as an Economic Development volunteer with the United States Peace Corps. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University. |

Sandi Suggs has been with OMG since 2006. She was born and raised in the Hampton Roads area. She spent 12 years working in association management in Northern Virginia and Washington D.C.
She was formerly the Governance Manager with the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology, the Manager of Leadership Services for the Society of Nuclear Medicine, and the Director of Leadership and External Relations with National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She has an extensive background in governance and parliamentary procedure. |
