Joan Cuthriell is the Field Representative for OMG and the Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association. She has 11 years association experience and began her career at HRRA as Executive Assistant and Professional Standards Administrator. She has been with OMG since its inception. Joan attended Norfolk Business College and, before OMG, held administrative positions in the financial, marketing and petroleum industries. |

Cher Leadbeater has seven years of association management experience with OMG. She is currently serving as the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) Administrative Assistant, coordinating nationwide designation classes and educational opportunities. Previously she managed the old International Parkway campus for the Alpha College of Real Estate, and before that worked in the accounts payable department for OMG.

Mark Dunlap has been with Organization Management Group since 2007. He is the Chapter Support Manager for NARPM®, and handles education and membership for both VAGP and VMLA. Mark has over 10 years of management and customer service experience in both small business and large corporate multi-million dollar retail stores. His background also includes corporate training. He is currently working towards his AAS in Business Management. |

Silvia Duran joined OMG in 2007 as a Member Support Specialist. She earned a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administrations with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Real Estate from California State University San Bernardino. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. She performs various administrative duties for the Alpha College of Real Estate and handles membership for the Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association. |

Monique Owens has been employed with Organization Management Group since 2006. She is a Member Support Specialist for the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) and the Professional Standards Administrator for the Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association. |

Michelle L. Richards joined OMG in 2007. She holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington. Michelle works with Alpha College of Real Estate, and deals with all aspects of the company. Her tasks include registering students for various classes, lending assistance to students in choosing the right courses and monitoring all online courses. |

Jean Sanders has been a part of the team at Alpha College of Real Estate for 23 years and was one of the original stock holders. She did the inital printing and assembling of Alpha's real estate books and other curriculum material. Jean now assists in office clerical and receptionist duties. |

Cindy Sorey joined OMG in 2008 as a Member Support Specialist. She stepped out of retirement and brought OMG many years of customer service, bookkeeping, collections reception and management experience. |
