Conferences & Conventions Staff

Rosie has 37 years of management experience. She has been with OMG since 2000. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Conferences and Conventions, she directs Meeting Strategies International, a division of OMG. In tandem with other OMG senior executives, Rosie develops relationships with client leaders to ensure quality service. She holds the Certified Meeting Professional designation and completed the certificate program “The Business of Meetings” through the American Society of Association Executives. Rosie was twice voted as Planner of the Year by the Meeting Professionals International – Virginia Chapter. She has served multiple terms on the Board of Directors of the Meeting Professionals International – Virginia Chapter. For 15 years she owned and managed the operations of a professional education provider which offered state-approved licensing and continuing education. She has strong interpersonal skills and thrives working with a diverse team to achieve goals. She holds a B.A. Degree from UC Berkeley.

Victoria has a strong background in directing events as well as marketing. She began her career in the event industry coordinating and designing corporate, social and non-profit events. She joined OMG as a Conferences and Conventions Coordinator. Her role includes managing national and regional conferences and virtual events. Victoria holds multiple certifications including Certified Virtual Event and Meeting Management (VEMM) through Event Leadership Institute provided by Meeting Professionals International, Certified Event Designer (CED) and Certified International Event and Wedding Professional (IEWP) through QC Career School awarded by the International Live Events Association. Clients have commented on Victoria’s “professionalism, attention to detail and ability to direct an event in complete organization with a calm disposition.”

Sara has over 20 years of event experience in hospitality management and higher education, including working with the University of Florida, Georgia College & State University, and Old Dominion University. She has broad experiences with every level of university governance; from parent-driven stakeholder groups to the highest level of state leadership. She has had the privilege of visualizing, directing, and executing inaugurations for university presidents, ribbon cuttings, groundbreakings, conferences, and student showcases; her favorite has always been commencement. She joined OMG as a Conferences and Conventions Coordinator; her role includes managing regional conferences and events. Sara holds the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation, as well as her bachelor’s in business administration from Elon University. Her master’s degree in public administration is from Georgia College & State University.

Kristin has a strong corporate background having worked at Korn Ferry for 13 years and also worked at quite a few marketing consulting companies in Connecticut. She works with several of our clients here at OMG and is the go-to person regarding memberships, customer service, and when needing anything pertaining to their individual organizations. For CLE courses, Kristin assists the speakers who are conducting the CLE classes. She monitors the attendance for compliance and distributes the Certification forms. Kristin graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a BA in Communications.
