Mike is a 49-year association management veteran. He holds the Certified Association Executive professional designation and has past experience as Director of Governmental Affairs and Registered Lobbyist. Mike holds a B.S. Degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Old Dominion University. Mike is also a graduate of the Institute for Organizational Management sponsored by the University of Delaware, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the American Society of Association Executives. He holds multiple certificates in association management and the RCE designation from the National Association of REALTORS®. He served multiple terms on the AMC Institute Board of Directors and served as Chair for the Accreditation Standards Committee.

Gail has 41 years of association management experience. She has led many organizations. She has managed to increase their bottom line through efficiencies and enabled the volunteers to free up their time to be more productive and work on strategic issues within their organizations. She also oversees the association management side of the company while working with the other executive directors to assist all of OMG’s clients. Gail graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor of Science degree in merchandising and a minor in general business. She has completed numerous certificate programs in association management, marketing, code of ethics, professional standards and association structures. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives.

Lisa has over 30 years of association management experience managing local, state and national organizations. She often provides other services to clients such as strategic planning facilitation, marketing consultation, and media spokesperson training. She has trained hundreds of committee leaders and board members on effective governance, leadership, and presentation skills. Prior to her association management career, she worked in corporate marketing for a regional bank for more than eight years. Lisa received her B.A. degree in Mass Communications and her M.A. in Mass Communications and Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Lisa has served on the board of directors for the Virginia Society of Association Executives, and chaired the national RCE (REALTOR® Certified Executive) Advisory Board in 2019.

Katie brings more than 20 years of experience in association management and government relations, with a strong background representing trade associations and industry groups before policymakers and regulators. She has successfully advocated on legislative and regulatory issues at the local, state, and federal levels, particularly in sectors connected to natural resources and business.

Prior to joining OMG, Katie founded Hellebush Consulting, LLC, where she provided strategic management and government affairs services to associations across multiple industries. Earlier in her career, she worked with Alliance Group and the Virginia Chamber of Commerce. She has also served on multiple gubernatorial transition teams focused on agriculture, commerce, and economic development.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French from the University of Richmond and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE). Her experience leading associations, navigating complex policy environments, and building relationships with policymakers and industry leaders will support OMG and LSG’s advocacy priorities and strategic growth.

Sharon’s entire career of over 20 years was spent in real estate with TREND MLS in Philadelphia, which later became Bright MLS. The bulk of her experience was as Director and later Vice President of Communications, where she also served on the Executive Management Team. She is excited to bring her knowledge of real estate, technology, data, and leadership to OMG and to the Eastern Shore Association of REALTORS®. As the Association Executive for ESAR, Sharon oversees membership, communications, and education, as well as supports the Board, various Committees and the daily needs of the REALTORS® and affiliates.

With over 30 years of leadership experience, Rebecca Woodring brings a wealth of expertise to Organization Management Group (OMG), where she specializes in supporting clients within the legal and real estate sectors. Since joining OMG in 2020, Rebecca has leveraged her deep background in governance and strategic operations to help associations thrive.

Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca served for 16 years as an Executive Director for the Community Associations Institute. Her career is defined by a mastery of board volunteer management, budget compliance, membership development and high-impact event production. She is adept at translating high-level strategy into quantifiable business results. Her core professional philosophy is Human-Focused, Detail-Driven, an approach proven to drive operational efficiency, client loyalty, and sustained revenue growth.

A lifelong learner in her field, Rebecca holds the esteemed Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation and is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the Virginia Society of Association Executives (VSAE).

A local Hampton Roads resident, Rebecca is deeply committed to community leadership. She has lent her expertise to a wide variety of local organizations, including the Norfolk Botanical Garden, the Virginia Beach Neptune Festival, Virginia Rush Soccer, the Lynnhaven Business Association, and the Boy Scouts of America, among many other civic leagues and local schools.
